Not 100 percent sure how to rate this... 2007: All was well
2016: Um, well actually...
This wasn't a total disappointment. But I definitely didn't love it :( I liked that we got to see how our beloved characters were doing in the future, but no Neville or George:( Plot wise it was OK, but it was going in circles at times with all the time-travelling. Did they really need to bring Voldemort back? I thought the idea of play was an interesting concept at first, considering how most potter-heads have the wizarding world committed to their memory. But no. It was a terrible idea. One of the great things of the first 7 HP books were how rich the description was of the strange wizarding world.
Lower your expectations, but still give it a try.
